Payment
Terms
• Payment for tickets purchased in the e-store is made in euros through Maksekeskus AS.
• You can pay via Estonian bank links and card payments – VISA/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Conditions of Returns
• Tickets cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled. The purchased ticket is valid for the entire ski season, and the visitor can choose which day and/or time he wants to use the ticket.
• The season ticket is valid throughout the season.
• A lost ticket or unused time is not eligible for compensation.
• Reloading a lost season ticket costs 10 euros. The price does not include the cost of a new smart card.
